SAUSAGE DIP

1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage

1 onion chopped

1 - 1/2 cups hot salsa

1 - 8oz. cream cheese

Fry meat and onions together

add cream cheese and salsa

Serve hot in a small crock pot

use doritos for dipping

REDNECK CASSEROLE

1 lb. hamburger

1 onion chopped

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1 can tomato soup

2 cans cut green beans

Fry meat and onions together

add soup do not add water

add drained green beans, garlic

Simmer 20 minutes

Serve over mashed or baked potatoes
